Digital Nomadism: training for the new life!
BABY STEPS TO DIGITAL NOMADISM
My baby is with Daddy, grandparents’ home, so the il@ (me) takes her motorbike … ups, no I can’t, the motorcycle is not working. … ok, so … the il@ STEALS THE HUSBAND’S motorcycle and goes to the beach to work a little: I love digital nomadism!
You know, in my opinion even if we can’t pick up a suitcase, fill it with a lot of things and go to get a plane to Thailand, nobody forbids us for a little nomadic training, like pick up the backpack, the laptop and get out for some little corner of peace and tranquility doing our exciting job!
My journey to digital nomadism, as I mean it, is a kind of long-term, but doing something easy like this fills your heart and makes you feel good! Especially that you are not giving up, you are SIMPLY WORKING ON IT.
START AND LEAVES THE USELESS PERFECTIONISM
As you can understand I’m just at the beginning of this path, like many of you; what I hope with this blog is connecting a lot of fabulous professionals, who can share their paths in their diversity.
What made me waste my time pulling out my dream from the drawer and proceeding with its realization was the crazy perfectionism (“I want the maximum grade degree or nothing, otherwise it makes no sense graduating at 32 ..” ” Ah, I still can’t start up my new business, I’m not ready yet “) …
My gosh, girls, how much time you lose desiring to become PERFECT in everything.
And in the meantime life fly away, the dream in the drawer begins to stink like old and you have the impression that your personal happiness will never come.
How many times have we heard it? After reflecting, because yes, we must always think about it, but after that … YOU HAVE TO JUMP.
YOU MUST PLAN, BUT YOU MUST ALSO JUMP
JUMP IN DIGITAL NOMADISM
The most beautiful things, I have to admit, I lived after having felt so much fear, so much uncertainty, in throwing myself into something. Go to an exam thinking you are not prepared (and take almost the maximum), leave your old life for a new life, have a child with the panic of not being able to be the woman before, that I loved. .. today I look back and it’s always like that:
I DO NOT REGRET THESE CHOICES, it was the INSTINCT that fortunately led me in those moments, not me.
And you? Did you ever jump? What did you feel?
